Hey there! I’m Lex, full-time filmmaker, novice home renovator (just my own), dog trainer (mine and others actually) and lover of audio books who lives in Grand Rapids, Michigan. I’ve been working in film for nearly a dozen years now, if you include college, (fifteen years if you want to include the insane videos I made in high school) and I love turning ideas into beautiful things on screen. I love editing, directing and color grading, but I’ve been forced to be a bit of a one-woman-band when it comes to most of my projects. Lighting, sound, set design, concept creation, cinematography and basic animation are all skills I’ll pull out of my giant music case when needed. I’m inspired by too many people and films to list, but also love finding inspiration from everyday life and the people I’m surrounded by. Thanks for checking out my work!
